Im up against people 2-4 years older then myself! Apparently there is something that my coach and whole team sees in me that l dont! Are there any like land workouts or stuff l can do in warmups that will help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

make sure you stretch A LOT before each of your races. your shoulders, arms, legs, everything. warm up real well in the pool. nice and easy. do a 600 freestyle, 400 IM drill, and 200 IM kick. then do about 6 medium paced 50 is of whatever strokes your doing. good luck! you will do great!!

My advice to you is to just believe in yourself and do your very best. It does not matter who you're up against, age does not matter, even when it comes to sports.

Have confidence! Your whole team and coach see something in you and you should trust them. It does not really matter if u win or lose, it is the process that is worth remembering. You learn from it and improve as you go along.

Do not fret. Keep calm and most importantly - Believe in yourself!
