well you could take it to get swimming lesson and let it to some lessons for a coulple of year's.

Swimming lessons.Some pools even offer like tot and mom classes.Good job and good luck.

Hello fvfv81, l Showed my kids how to swim and they are very good swimmers,i think starting as toddler is perfect age first thing you do is go to a kiddie pool and sit in the kiddie pool with your child and let them get comfortable with the water then baby steps go to the big pool one very important thing to teach when swimming is to never never PANIC in the pool once they believe that, you will have them swimming and having fun at the pool. good luck
