yes, he should have. even though l really like Phelps, he needed to be charged. people should not teat him differently just because he won 8 gold metals in the Olympics.

yes, he should. just because he is an olympic athlete doesnt mean laws dont apply to him. he should be getting a 4 year ban from the sport, and he was lucky to get off with just 3 months. phelps isnt even that nice of a person, hes a huge jerk. people only like him cause hes fast at swimming.

Ok, we all know that likely it was MJ in it, but there is no proof. It was just a picture. So unless u know people that have been arrested for a bong picture or a joint picture, then no.he should not be arrested.

If so, then the police should just do a search. There r dozens on pictures on the internet with people smoking MJ. You can even see their faces as they smoke. Why discriminate against Phelps?

Now if they caught him in person smoking.that is different.
