im going to join the swim team in a few days
has anyone been in it and have tips for me??
im good at swimming. whats the best equiptment, and where should l shave?

well, you have to be able to swim first off. at least a length or two without stopping. depending on your age, there are different expectations.

yes dedication and alot of swimming and practice

if you can do a 400 IM without stopping, you can do it. if you cant, get to taht point.

buy a speedo and goggles, drag suit too.

dont shave till championships.

on my team, you have to be able to swim down the length of the pool and back, (50 yds.) without stopping. it mostly depends on your age.

Being able to swim a couple hundred m atleast without dying.
And being able to breath on both sides helps too.
