oh yeah l wear a thong though, my cheeks need to get some color too! (:

l wear a sppedos when l go to the beach and pool all the time. You geta much better tan that way. Just be careful not to stay out too long and use at least a 15spf when you start. l will use an 8spf after my tan is established though.

l would start with a short amount of sun; 30 to 45 minutes sounds
good unless u start to feel hot, & then get into shade. As you
begin to develop a tan, u can stay outside longer. l prefer to wear
as little as possible for maximum exposure; my favorite is to wear
nothing but sunscreen. When l am in my back yard, which is very
secluded, that is just what l do. Then l do not have any tan lines
showing no matter what swimwear l have on later. l also like to
have a hose nearby to spray myself to cool off if l perspire.
Be sure to get out of the sun & into shade if u start to
feel uncomfortable or hot.
Also remember to take it easy & do not overdo it - it takes time to
build up a tan, & a sunburn is painful & will ruin any tan you
may have already. My wife & l r going to Mexico next week, so
l might go outside for a little bit this afternoon if it is sunshiny. l do
follow my own advice & get just a little sun the first day, then a
little more each day till l have the desired amount of color.
